Lee Anne Galanes graduated in 1999 from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with a dual concentration in Environmental Science and Public Policy. Before moving to Romania, she worked as an environmental specialist at the United States General Services Administration. This past summer, she volunteered as a leader in the Viata program. She is now a IMPACT leader, the operations manager for the Foundation, and a grant writer.
Alex Galanes graduated in 1998 from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia with a degree in Business Administration and Information Technology. For the past five years, he worked as a software engineer for SRA International. His specialty involved writing software for large-scale databases for both governmental and commercial clients. He volunteered as a Viata leader in summer, 2003. Currently, he works on website and program development and serves as a IMPACT leader.

Toma Burean has graduated the Babeš-Bolyai University, Faculty of Political Science. He has an MA in Political Science from the Central European University, Budapest and currently he is a PhD candidate at the Polish Academy of Sciences in Warsaw. As policy consultant, Toma is responsible for project writing, and over viewing, establishing contacts with the Babeš-Bolyai University, where he is teaching as a visiting lecturer, and helping in developing long term strategies for the IMPACT program.

Martin Domokos graduated from Timisoara University with a degree in Sport. He is also a certified Salvamont (mountain rescuer). Currently, he is studying for a Masters degree in Economics in Timisoara where he also works as a professor. He has participated and received qualifications in various outdoor courses including an Outdoor Leader certificate from W.E.A. (Wilderness Education Association), and a First Aid certificate from S.O.L.O. He is the Foundation's Technical Director and provides leadership development, technical knowledge, and ensures a zero-accident policy.
George Ionascu - send an e-mail
George Ionascu is experienced in the social service field; he has volunteered in numerous orphanages and kindergartens. George Ionascu served as a Viata program leader the past three summers. He assists in running night programs for the Viata Program, and he helps to coordinate IMPACT Service Projects.
