Catalin Dimofte
Catalin, 43, has a background in Physics, has enjoyed extensive professional
business journalism training in the USA and UK, and earned his MBA from the
Canadian-Romanian MBA program in Bucharest. His work ranges from providing
business intelligence services to Western investors in emerging markets as
diverse as Romania and Russia, to PR and marketing, and freelance journalism.
Matei Paun
Matei Paun is a Managing Partner in the Specialist Investment Bank BAC
Romania. As well, he is a founding member of the Romania Think Tank.

Diana Schor, PhD student Brandeis University
Diana Schor has worked at grassroots level for various nonprofits in Romania and the United States, and as a social development scientist for the World Bank in Washington, DC. She has contributed as a researcher or as a co-author to various publications dealing with a broad range of social development issues in developing nations. Mrs. Schor holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and Political Studies from Gordon College, as well as an MA in Sustainable International Development and an MA in Social Policy, both from Brandeis University. She is currently enrolled in a PhD program in Social Policy and Sociology, also at Brandeis University. Her dissertation work focuses on youth civic engagement. In her spare time, Diana likes to spend time with her daughter, Maia. She also enjoys outdoor activities, such as hiking, camping, kayaking and skating, as well as pottery making.
